Hi! I’m Megan, a health and wellness practitioner and associate clinical professor with 20 years of experience. I am a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and health educator who is passionate about helping clients achieve their highest level of well-being and create a culture of well-being that helps individuals engage in self-care strategies, learn to thrive and be more healthier, happier, productive and engaged.
I have been in the health and wellness field my entire career, in various roles, doing what I love most. In my spare time, I love to strength train, hang out with my kids (Zachary, 13 and Ashley, 10), family and friends, and take time to recover and recharge. I have multiple degrees and certifications, but I am a down-to-earth professional who truly wants to help people and organizations thrive, not just survive. I enjoy conversations, getting to know clients, solving problems, developing solutions, and promoting self-care.
